Solutions Implementation - After a needs analysis has been completed and a decision has been made with respect to appropriate software applications, we compile the relevant information about the customer’s business processes and existing technology infrastructure, and create an implementation and integration plan. During each phase of implementation, we use a formal review and approval process to address any customization and configuration requirements. Training - Because we understand each company has a unique set of learning needs that are often compounded by a number of variables: multiple locations, time limitations, system customizations, etc. Moncrief Consulting Group will customize a training program to help meet your company’s specific learning needs. Our goal is to maximize the effectiveness of the training while minimizing costs. We accomplish this goal by providing several training options including on-site training, web-based training, and Classroom training.

On-Site Training - Often the most convenient and most cost effective solution, on-site training allows us to offer education on a very flexible schedule in your company’s own environment. This allows minimal staff down-time as we meet your scheduling requirements; and staff is not required to travel to an off-site facility wasting time and money.

Web-Based Training - Remote access training is designed to provide instruction to students when on-site training is not convenient, or when students are located distantly from the office or a physical learning facility. This type of instruction is particularly appropriate for “refresher” courses, technology updates and basic user navigation .Currently, Moncrief Consulting Group does not offer CPE credits for classes taken over the web. If you require CPE credits, please contact us so we can work out an alternative training solution.

Classroom Training - This type of instruction is offered when larger groups need off-site training in order to accommodate workstation and space requirements, as well as to allow undivided attention to the training materials, which is sometimes hard to do with the daily demand of being in the office.

Ongoing Technical Support - Moncrief Consulting Group offers expert technical support in times of need via Remote Access to your system, Telephone, and on-site visits. Our consultants go the extra mile with availability during off-hours, nights, and weekends; and we understand the importance of keeping mission-critical systems live.
